APHANZ AWARDS
APHANZ AWARDS Earn Points and Win Awards with your Appaloosa Annual awards are announced and awarded at the National Show prize giving or the AGM. Awards are given in categories from western trail to cutting, dressage to Eventing.
To be eligible
To be eligible
- You must be a financial member of ApHANZ and ride a stud book registered Appaloosa.
- If competing at NZWRF points approved shows, ensure you are registered for points on computer with the NZWRF – it’s free.
- If competing in any other events, please get your free points book from ApHANZ to make sure all points you gain are recorded. Don’t miss out!
The recognitions Awarded are based on the following main categories:
- National & Championship Show High Point Awards – using points gained at the National or Championship Show.
- Annual Awards – using points collected during the period from August to July each year.
- Lifetime Awards – using all points ever gained
- Saddle Log Awards – based on your hours in the saddle.
- Special Awards
